This is a long-wave UV tenebrescent zircon that has the effect of changing color (tenebresence) when exposed to long-wave ultraviolet light (320-400 nm) .

When exposed to long-wave UV light for 1-2 minutes, the light blue color with a slight green tint will change to a deep khaki, and when exposed to LED light for 3-4 minutes, it will return to its original color.

It is also known as a chameleon type, and the color will naturally return to normal over time after it has discolored.

This stone is finished in a Narika cut, which means clock in Thai, and gives off a sharp sparkle like a second hand.

It is a beautiful crystal with no inclusions noticeable to the naked eye, and has a refreshing greenish blue sparkle and beautiful colorful fire.

It's an interesting stone that deviates slightly from the orthodox blue zircon, with a slightly greenish hue, and the khaki color that remains after the color change is hidden deep within, so we hope you enjoy the subtle nuances that can only be seen with the naked eye.
