[How to Use]

 

Your web ticket code will be sent to you via email.

You can use it by entering it in the "Web Ticket/Coupon Code" field on the payment page when making a purchase.

[Eligible Stores]

 

GTJ web tickets can only be used on this site, IRMO.JP.

 

[Eligible Products]

 

Can be used for all artworks listed on IRMO.JP.

 

[Expiration Date]

 

Expiration dates vary by campaign.

Please check each campaign page for details.

 

[How to Check Balance]

 

You can check your balance by clicking the "[View Web Ticket]" button in the "Web Ticket Delivery Email" you receive after purchase.

The page will display "¥〇,〇〇〇 LEFT", and that amount will be your balance.

If you cannot find the email, please feel free to contact us via official LINE or other channels.

 

[About Refunds]

 

Refunds for artworks purchased using a web ticket will be credited back to your web ticket balance.

Please note that cash refunds are not available.

 

 

[Combining Multiple Tickets/Coupons]

 

• Multiple web tickets can be used simultaneously.
• Web tickets and coupon codes can also be used together.

 

[Relationship between Usage Amount and Balance]

 

• If the balance is less than the payment amount
  　Use the entire balance and pay the remaining amount by card or bank transfer.
  　*It is not possible to use only a portion and leave a remaining balance.
• If the balance is more than the payment amount
  　The entire balance will be used for payment.
  　*It is not possible to use only a portion.

 

 

Example

• Payment amount ¥50,000 / Balance ¥10,000 → Use full balance (¥10,000) + pay remaining ¥40,000 by card/bank transfer
• Payment amount ¥50,000 / Balance ¥100,000 → Use full balance (¥50,000), remaining balance ¥50,000 carried over to next use
