This is a superbly beautiful tsavorite (grossular garnet) crystal from Tanzania, measuring over 2 carats in a refreshing, vivid, bright green color.

Although it is a relatively bright type of tsavorite, it has a beautiful, traditional green color without any dark spots, and while stones with strong color usually do not have strong fluorescence, this stone is a rare one that changes dramatically to a vivid pinkish orange when exposed to UV light.

It is a beautiful crystal with excellent transparency and no inclusions noticeable to the naked eye, and the delicate flower cut gives it an abundance of sparkle and colorful fire that flickers.

Be sure to get your hands on this precious stone of over 2 carats, with a standard shape and the intricate cut that is unique to GTJ.
