This unheated sapphire has a silky texture typical of northern Vietnam and sparkles in a delicate pink to champagne gold color.

The pale purplish pink is an elegant and lovely color, and the streaky, silky inclusions overlap to create an overall silky feel, while also giving off a strong champagne gold sparkle that is typical of Vietnamese gemstones.

Originally there was a pool of blue color on the edge, but it was shaved down to create a neater shape, resulting in a piece with a cleaner look.
