This star ruby ​​is a vibrant reddish pink from Luc Yen in northern Vietnam. Silk inclusions float within the transparent crystal, and when light hits it, a six-rayed star, which tends to appear relatively easily in the center, stands out beautifully.

It is finished as a shiny cabochon oval, and although there is a visible part on the back, cutting it too sharply would have affected the star, so it has been beautifully polished to a degree that does not affect it.

It also has excellent fluorescence and glows an intense pink when exposed to UV light.
