This piece features an unheated sapphire from Luc Yen in northern Vietnam, which has a silky pink crystal that sparkles with neon orange, and is crafted from the rough into a flower-cut cushion shape.

The entire stone has a silky, dreamy feel, with silky lines running diagonally and neon-like orange and pink sparkles. The sparkles didn't show up very well in the turntable photo, but to the naked eye, the delicate neon colors of the flower cut sparkle.

There are orange streaks running through the crown side, and the pavilion side also has orange streaks and inclusions that sparkle when light is shone on them.

When exposed to UV light, it fluoresces a soft pink color.
