This unheated sapphire from Sri Lanka features a vibrant color created by a bright cornflower blue and colorless zoning.

The cornflower blue, with a subtle hint of purple, blends with the colorless area in the center, creating a soft gradation.

It's as if light is dissolving two colors of paint within the stone, creating a beautiful effect.

The form is an "Elegant Cut," with the four corners framed in two tiers.

The steps on the pavilion side, altered by the scissor cut on the crown side, catch the light, scattering linear, sharp brilliance and delicate sparkle, further enhancing the bicolor change.

Very fine white lines and inclusions are visible internally, but they are not noticeable to the naked eye.

The overall transparency of the crystal is very high, with sparkling fire adding to its vibrancy.

Furthermore, when exposed to UV light, the entire stone fluoresces red, with a particularly strong reaction in the colorless areas, adding another dimension to its enjoyment.
