This is an unheated sapphire from Vietnam, with smooth, high-quality silk inclusions uniformly spread throughout the soft purple crystal.

It is finished in a finely outlined fancy pear shape, with delicate flower cuts on both the crown and pavilion.

When it catches the light, a neon-like pinkish-orange sparkle emerges from within the soft glow characteristic of a silky stone, revealing a rich expression depending on the viewing angle.

While there are slight variations in shade within the silk inclusions, they are generally uniform and do not detract from the transparency; rather, they accentuate a soft, elegant luster.

There are no eye-visible inclusions, and the crystal quality is very high.

This is a beautiful stone with the high-quality silky texture typical of Luc Yen, northern Vietnam.
