This is an unheated ruby from Sri Lanka, meticulously polished from a tabular crystal and finished with a double table.

The exterior features a capsule-shaped fancy oval with fine chamfering, and the step facets arranged along the outline rhythmically return red reflected light.

The crystal exhibits high transparency and excellent clarity, with only a trace of extremely fine needle-like rutile inclusions.

These are almost imperceptible to the naked eye, making it a very beautiful crystal quality for a ruby.

As the angle changes, this minute rutile captures the light, creating a momentary sparkle.

The front and back have different numbers of steps, "2 steps" and "3 steps," and there is also a slight difference in table size, allowing for a rich enjoyment of the variations in linear reflection from each facet.

It displays good reddish-pink to pink-red coloration, and under natural light, vivid shades of color appear three-dimensional.

Under UV light, it exhibits strong reddish-pink fluorescence, indicating the high purity of the crystal structure characteristic of unheated rubies.
