This is an unheated pinkish purple star sapphire with a six-rayed star created by silk inclusions, and its original oval cabochon shape has been reworked into a pear shape.

By changing the shape, the inclusions are removed and the star is aligned so that it protrudes straight, giving it a glossy finish on both sides.

There are still a few orange inclusions remaining, mainly on the back, but they are not too noticeable.

Although the star is not strong, there is a strong vein coming out from the tip of the pear shape, and the texture of the silk inclusions can be felt.
