This piece is made from unheated pink sapphire from Luc Yen in northern Vietnam, and the beautiful crystal, full of inclusions, has been fashioned into a lustrous cabochon pear shape.

The crystals are packed with inclusions and have a lovely deep pink base color with orange inclusions here and there, giving the overall color an orange-pink.

This is a very tasteful stone with inclusions here and there that sparkle when light hits them.

Due to the high number of inclusions in the crystal, there are slight areas where the stone shows through, but it has been polished to the utmost extent to give it a glossy finish on both sides.

It has an excellent fluorescent reaction and glows an intense pink when exposed to UV light.

The large 9ct, long pear shape is impressive and cute, so be sure to enjoy it in your hands.
