This piece features an unheated Padparadscha sapphire from Vietnam, a blend of pink and orange covered in a silk veil, and is finished in an elegant cut with a finer border than the usual octagon.

The silky layers are layered diagonally in multiple layers, and countless layers can be seen depending on the angle.

The silk inclusions throughout the stone give off a silky sheen in various places depending on the angle.

The diagonal orange band in the center is also cute.

The entire piece is infused with orange film ink, adding an accent to the silky padparadscha crystals.

It is an interesting stone with inclusions throughout, but at over 2.3 carats it is an impressive piece that is worth looking at from many angles.
