This piece is an unheated Padparadscha sapphire from Luc Yen, Vietnam, which is light and silky overall, and has good color retention and a light, neon-like feel.

The vibrant pink and orange sparkle is accented with a silky purple hue, and the overall silky, accumulated color is beautiful.

It is finished in a neat oval shape and is filled with sparkle from the delicate flower cuts.

It is a relatively clear type for a gemstone from Luk Yen, and although there is a white cloud-like inclusion and a bubble-shaped inclusion in the center, they are barely noticeable to the naked eye.

It has excellent fluorescence and shows a strong fluorescent reaction when exposed to UV light.
