This is an unheated double star sapphire from Vietnam, with a crystal filled with pinkish purple silk inclusions, thunder-like silk patterns running through it, and slightly distorted double stars.

The stars can be felt faintly even without shining a particularly strong light on them, and when a light is shone on them, a double star appears and the overlapping light rays of the slightly distorted stars create an artistic effect, making this a valuable piece that was a favorite of the company's founder.

The silk lines run in various directions making this a truly impressive piece, with a volume of nearly 20 carats and an outstanding presence, so we hope you will enjoy its interest and beauty in your hands.
