This piece is made from Nigerian tourmaline (indicolite), a rare grayish, greenish metallic blue, and has been crafted from the rough stone into a fancy trilliant with a finely outlined outline.

The pavilion features a Narika cut, which means clock in Thai, and is a GTJ specialty cut that sparkles in all directions from the center like a second hand.

The deep base color is mixed with a hint of brown, giving the impression of a grayish blue with green added, and giving a hint of the pleochroism that is characteristic of tourmaline.

The colorful fire flickers, making you wonder if tourmaline really sparkles this brightly, and the crystal is so clean and beautiful that it's hard to believe it's a stone with many inclusions.
