The founder of GTJ procured the rough stones from mines in northern Vietnam, had them cut in Vietnam, and then further perfected them at a cutting factory in Bangkok.

It has a soft color that is a mixture of pink, purple, and orange, typical of Vietnamese stones, and the white streak-like inclusions throughout give it a silky feel, making it a cute stone.

In contrast to the softness of the color and texture, it is finished in an octagonal shape with sharp cuts in all directions from the center, known as Narika cut, which means watch in Thai, and the crown side features a cube cut that creates a three-dimensional shape original to the GTJ.

The white streak-like inclusions are not as noticeable as in the photo, giving the stone a soft look, and colorful fire sparkles among the sharp sparkles.
