A beautiful Vietnamese spinel crystal with a cool, grayish light purple color.

This is a new cut creation where sharp brilliance and rainbow fire overflow from the crystal clear stone.

It combines the Super Elegant Cut, which frames the four corners with a three-tiered border, with a scissor cut, commonly known as the "Ayatori Cut," where cut lines intersect like a cat's cradle at the center of the crown.

The Super Elegant cut, true to its name, creates a delicate sparkle from the numerous facets at the four corners of the pavilion's step cut, while the center, through the overlapping of the step cut and scissor cut, produces a sharp, linear, and powerful brilliance.

This gem originally had a table, but due to an inclusion near it, the Ayatori cut was adopted with the aim of removing the inclusion and enhancing the brilliance.

The result is a finish that truly embodies the stone's inherent design. New cuts are always developed by following the conditions presented by the stone.

This is a stone of exceptionally high clarity with no noticeable inclusions. The hard brilliance, unique to a singly refractive spinel, possesses a metallic robustness, and the rainbow prismatic fire, stemming from the excellent quality of the stone, is truly spectacular.
