This piece is made of sphene from Madagascar with a slight greenish gold hue, and is finished in an octagonal shape with sharp, fine cuts that can be described as radiant.

The outstanding clarity and cut give it a gold sparkle and a rainbow of colorful fire.

The cut of this piece is angled so that the sparkle comes from only one direction, giving it an interesting two-tone look.

Although there are a few small inclusions, this beautiful crystal has no inclusions noticeable to the naked eye, and by applying beautiful cutting and polishing, the high dispersion of the sphene has been maximized.

Sphene has a unique birefringent property, which creates a strong optical effect called doubling, which doubles the sparkle.
