This is a beautiful crystalline piece of sphene from Madagascar that is a bright yellow gold with a slight green tint, with no noticeable inclusions and excellent transparency.

It is finished as a capsule-shaped oval with a outline, and the sharp sparkle created by the step cut on the pavilion is given variation by the scissor-like cut on the crown, while the flower cuts on both ends give it a beautiful, delicate sparkle.
