This piece is a silky purple spinel from Tanzania with overlapping inclusions that resemble silk inclusions, and has been finished into a fancy trilliant with a finely outlined border.

This stone has a light multi-colored feel with orange sparkles layered over a purple base color, and is overflowing with soft, fine sparkle from the flower cut inclusions.

It reacts strongly with UV light and turns pink.
