When you think of Vietnamese sapphires, many people may imagine silky pink sapphires, but this sapphire is a green sapphire with a hint of yellow and was mined from mines in southern Vietnam.

The olive base color is crossed by a faint blue-green color band, giving it the feel of being from Bangkacha, Thailand, which is geographically nearby.

It is finished in a Narika cut, which means watch in Thai, and emits sharp sparkles radiating from the culet.

This is an outstanding cut piece with a beautiful oval-shaped crown featuring a table cube cut that creates a kite-shaped box shape around the table.

There are two streak-like inclusions on the table and sides, but they are not visible.
