This is a first-class royal blue sapphire with a very rich purple hue, and there are colorless areas surrounding the royal blue, making it not only beautiful but also uniquely interesting.

Although it is not possible to see the colorless part from the front, this part allows the cornflower blue to be seen at the tip and rounded sides of the pear shape, making this a truly luxurious piece that allows you to enjoy both royal blue and cornflower blue in one stone.

The color pools are unique to Sri Lankan gems, but when you look closely with a magnifying glass you can see that they also contain color bands, making them a never-boring sight.

There are a few needle-like inclusions on the tip, but they are not visible to the naked eye and do not detract from the beauty of the stone.

This fancy pear shape has been outlined in a style that GTJ main cutter Piacchan is good at, and by adding facets called windows under the girdle on the pavilion side, it has been finished into a solid piece of over 1 carat.

The proportions are quite thick, allowing you to enjoy a sparkle that seems to well up from deep within.
