A Burmese sapphire that emits a soft yet vivid royal blue sparkle from its deep blue, silky crystal.

This piece has been finished into a 1ct-plus, well-proportioned octagon shape.

A profound color, based on royal blue, with subtle hints of cornflower blue and indigo blue blended in.

Layers of silky blue overlapping diagonally form a rich and sleepy texture, and its structure can be clearly observed from certain angles.

In addition to the direction of the blue silky layers, overlapping layers of silk inclusions in a different direction can also be seen.

Beyond color banding, there are also color pools, which create a gradient from royal blue to cornflower blue, adding to its charm.

Iridescent inclusions can be seen near the table, but they do not detract from its beauty; rather, they add to the stone's unique character.

Other minor inclusions and white linear inclusions can be observed, but they are not noticeable to the naked eye.

While it appears somewhat subdued in the display case, under a spotlight, it transforms, emitting a sharp, vibrant blue sparkle.

When removed from the case and light is allowed to enter from the pavilion side, its inherent brilliance emerges, and its luster and sparkle truly stand out.

The sleepiness softens, and its expression changes to a velvety texture, revealing its true essence.

The simple step-cut octagon allows for a beautiful extension of linear blue reflections, from which a dense royal blue emerges from behind a blue haze.
