This piece is made of a royal blue sapphire from Burma that is close to the border between cornflower blue and royal blue, and is finished as a fancy oval with a lavish, finely outlined border.

The flower cut gives off a delicate and beautiful sparkle that combines cornflower color with the sparkle of royal blue, and we are introducing it as royal blue due to the strength of the color with purple.

When viewed through a magnifying glass, you can see that color bands run all over the stone, giving it a truly sapphire-like appearance.
