A rainbow moonstone from Madagascar that combines delicate sparkle with vivid rainbow adularescence.

It is primarily distributed in the market as andesine-labradorite.

This particular stone was pre-formed from the rough, and then finished into a pear shape while discerning the individual characteristics of the crystal.

For cutting rainbow moonstone, it is essential to accurately determine not only the crystal shape but also the direction in which the adularescence appears most beautifully.

This rough stone contained a strong layer of rainbow adularescence along the inclusions, and the design prioritized not damaging that layer.

Ultimately, a pear shape was chosen as the form that would bring out the most expression.

The crown features a delicate four-tiered step cut, and the pavilion is adorned with a flower cut.

The crown, with its ample thickness, creates reflections reminiscent of a mirror ball, causing the rainbow adularescence and the sparkle of the flower cut to intricately interfere with each other.

The dense intensity of light, unique to its voluminous proportions, is striking.

When exposed to sunlight or LED light, depending on the direction of the light and slight changes in angle, adularescence dotted within the stone continuously emerges, intertwining with fine sparkles to reveal a flamboyant appearance.

In natural light, soft pastel-like rainbow colors blend with delicate sparkle, creating a dazzling effect.

A layer of diagonal blue adularescence in the center, reddish adularescence at the tip, and strong rainbow flashes on the pavilion side, result in a finish with endless highlights from every 360-degree angle.

It also contains the layered and needle-like inclusions characteristic of moonstone, and the ice crystal-like texture gives the adularescent glow the natural power unique to gemstones.

The philosophy is not to "eliminate" inclusions, but to "utilize" them.
