This is a Padparadscha Sapphire from Madagascar, crafted into a long octagon. It features reddish-orange concentrated at both ends, with a slightly purple-tinged orange-pink linear sparkle in the center.
The color is exceptionally vibrant. Although there's a slight hint of purple, it falls just within the range of Padparadscha Sapphire, making it a rare 1-carat-plus gem of the red variety.
While there are iridescence and orange film inclusions at both ends, and fine inclusions throughout, they do not detract from the overall impression of the piece. Overall, it is a clean crystal with high transparency. One side has a higher concentration of inclusions.
There are a few minor surface-reaching inclusions, but they are minimized.
It is cut into a long octagon shape with step cuts on both sides. The linear sparkle is beautiful, also exhibiting colorful fire.
The reddish-orange concentrated at both ends sparkles finely, which helps to obscure the inclusions.
Although relatively thin, it has a good finish with brilliance emanating from the central steps.
It's rare to be able to present a 1-carat-plus red Padparadscha Sapphire of this rare color, so please seize this opportunity to acquire it.
