This piece is a parti-colored tourmaline from Afghanistan, and is a beautiful stone with a bright green to light green gradation.

The green and blue zones are divided at a ratio of about 6:4, but the separation is not clear and the green becomes slightly lighter towards the center, creating a beautiful gradation.

It has a neat octagon shape with a standard step cut for an outstanding finish.

There are some small inclusions, but they are not as noticeable to the naked eye as they appear in the photos.

Although tourmaline tends to have many inclusions, this is a beautiful crystal with few inclusions and excellent transparency.
