This Nigerian sapphire has a bright, vivid yellow with patches of blue that mix together to create a reversible look with a deep green on the front.

Although there are two small inclusions near the culet, it is a beautiful crystal with no other noticeable inclusions, and the yellow and blue blend together, sparkling in yellow to bluish green.

Although it is not visible to the naked eye, if you look closely the blue pools appear to be overlapping bands of color, and with a magnifying glass you can enjoy the sapphire-like qualities of this piece.

It has a long cushion-like shape reminiscent of a fancy oval with a contoured outline, and the delicate flower cuts give it an abundance of sparkle.

When exposed to LED light the yellow becomes stronger, but when viewed in natural light the deep, beautiful indigo color can be seen.
