This Mexican opal has a slight orange tint and is somewhere between a water opal and a fire opal. Most opals are cabochon shaped, but this one has been finished in a traditional pear shape by Piacchan.

This opal is classified as a precious opal that exhibits play of color, and is traded at a high price due to its beauty.
