This is an interesting Malaya garnet with extremely fine needle inclusions throughout, and has been finished as a fancy round with a finely outlined outline.

It has a calm and gentle color that is a mix of pink and orange, and the ink needles give it a soft sparkle.

The fancy round shape has flower cuts around the outline, and the crown has table cube cuts that create a box shape around the table.

In addition to the needle inclusions, there are a few small inclusions such as black dots, but they are not noticeable to the naked eye.

It fluoresces pink when exposed to UV light.

Typical of Malaya garnet, the color changes depending on the time of day and light source to orange, pink, and beige.

When viewed by a window during the day, it has a strange appearance, with a silvery luster along with a pink luster, perhaps due to the inkle of the needles.

The sparkle is soft but the luster is strong, and colorful fire flickers, making this a very interesting stone that you should definitely enjoy in your hands.
