This piece is made of parti-colored tourmaline from Afghanistan, and is an octagonal piece with a beautiful gradation of deep pink and olive green.

The entire crown side of the neat octagonal shape has been given a scissors cut, commonly known as a cat's cradle cut, giving it a step cut with a slight scissor feel.

Depending on the angle, the gold reflection on the long sides is striking and beautiful.
