Emerald 3.205ct
Origin: Madagascar
7.57×8.63×6.37mm
Octagon
Crafted by Pia-chan
Comes with sorting report (simple appraisal report)
This piece is a Madagascar emerald cut into an octagon, finished in a unique modified emerald cut with distinctive steps.
It is one of the pieces created from a massive 38ct rough stone, divided into three parts, and crafted by the founder.
While the crown is similar to a conventional emerald cut, the pavilion, as shown in the photos, features a somewhat unique stepping technique.
This design, which reveals the gem's shape when viewed from the side, showcases the founder's playful spirit.
It has a cute, plump appearance, and although it contains many inclusions common to emeralds, the finish is clean with minimal surface expression.
This piece has undergone oil treatment. (Checked by Japan Germany Gemmological Laboratory)
This oil treatment is applied to most emeralds (well over 99%) and is not considered a value-reducing treatment.
Madagascar is not a major source of emeralds, and they are not frequently seen in the market.
Emeralds from this region often have a bluish tint. This particular emerald from Madagascar is brighter green and has more blue than the other Madagascar emerald listed.
Please enjoy this rare Madagascar emerald, featuring an original cut, in your collection.
