A stunning 3-carat-plus gemstone with an overwhelming presence.

Its beautiful blue color, as if welling up from the deep sea, makes it a magnificent Burmese piece combining gravitas and elegance.

The tone of this piece is a highly saturated blue with a subtle hint of purple.

Even among cornflower blues, it strongly exhibits the depth and vividness characteristic of Burmese sapphires. Its color is rich yet excellent in transparency, giving it a very high-quality impression.

Relatively uniform silky inclusions are spread throughout, softly diffusing light to create a velvety shimmer that seems to well up from within.

As a result, despite its vivid blue, it possesses a somewhat moist, silken texture, allowing for a rich depth of color to be enjoyed depending on the viewing angle and light source.

The softly curved cushion shape further enhances the stone's elegant ambiance, and by designing the table slightly smaller, it draws light to the center while maintaining its depth.

The pavilion side features step cuts, creating a dynamic interplay of sharp reflections and delicate sparkle.

The thick proportion allows for diverse light entry. Under soft light, a silky luster and gentle blue quietly blend, while under strong light, the base blue becomes even more vivid, highlighting a velvety texture reminiscent of Kashmir origin.

Despite its size, there are no noticeable inclusions to the naked eye, only a few small white inclusions.

The crystal as a whole is well-balanced, and it is a sapphire that has reached an extremely high standard in terms of color, transparency, and cut perfection.

This is a rarely encountered beautiful crystal of over 3 carats, an exquisitely elegant piece where the deep and dignified blue characteristic of Burmese sapphires has been fully brought out by "Piachan"'s precise cutting.

Staff Rii-chan's memo

This cornflower blue sapphire might appear to have many inclusions (fine silky inclusions) at first glance. However, doesn't this texture remind you of something you've seen before?

It perfectly exudes the atmosphere found in "Kashmir Sapphires."

Although it doesn't appear frequently in X (formerly Twitter) searches, it shares similarities with large Kashmir sapphires displayed in jewelry stores, making it a piece I'm personally very interested in.
