A sapphire with a velvety, soft cornflower blue sparkle.
This piece features a box shape emerging from the crown, finished with GTJ's original cube cut.
Silk inclusions form a veil throughout, giving it a velvety texture characteristic of cornflower blue sapphires.
Its color is a blend of violetish-blue and a hint of sky blue, making it soft yet refreshing.
Though there are fine inclusions, none are noticeable to the naked eye. The silky quality is even, not overly silky, and finely detailed, indicating high quality.
Despite its shallow proportion, the table-less cube cut, with its angled facets, minimizes light leakage to the utmost. The delicate sparkle of the flower cut on the pavilion overflows from the cube's facets, creating a beautiful effect.
Prior to cutting, there was a large white striation inclusion near the table. This was removed during the finishing process, maximizing the crystal's inherent potential.
This piece allows you to experience a facet of GemTreeJapan's gem craftsmanship, which possesses a rational approach that creates beauty while being unique.
