This chrysoberyl from Nigeria exhibits a strong sparkle where pastel green and pastel yellow delicately blend.

It boasts an impressive volume of over 4 carats, expertly cut by GTJ's main cutter, "Piachan," into an octagon shape. This sophisticated design, tailored for a large stone, features a deliberately simple crown side while incorporating a multi-faceted structure on the pavilion.

By fusing elements of princess and radiant cuts, light is deeply reflected and interfered with internally, achieving a profound brilliance.

The perfection of its proportions results in a rich, multi-layered brilliance (the brightness and sparkle of white light due to internal reflection) that seems to well up from within.

Furthermore, the greatest feature of this piece is its color shift depending on the light source.

Under indoor lighting or gentle natural light, it displays a calm, slightly greenish-yellow impression, but in direct sunlight, the green component is emphasized, changing to a cooler tone.

When exposed to LED light, it takes on a bluish tint, highlighting its transparency and hardness.
