If you add jewels worth more than ¥75,000 to your cart, the difference will be added to the price of your buffet ticket minus ¥75,000.
If one of the two stones you selected is priced at ¥80,000, the difference of ¥75,000 (¥5,000) will be added to the buffet ticket price, bringing your total purchase price to ¥55,000.
