The founder of GTJ procured the rough stones from mines in northern Vietnam and had them cut at a factory in Bangkok, where they are unheated rubies.

Even if you search for rough stones locally, the number of rubies is extremely small, and beautiful crystals are difficult to find. However, although this stone has fine inclusions in the silky parts and pavilion, they are so small that they are completely invisible to the naked eye. It is a beautiful crystal that sparkles in an intense neon pink from a well-colored red background.

Due to their rarity and high market value, rubies are extremely rare, and perfectly cut gemstones are extremely rare, but this is an outstanding piece that has been finished uncompromisingly into a neat and tidy octagon.
