This spinel from northern Vietnam has a dignified light violet appearance and is finished in a narika cut, which means watch in Thai.

The fire flickers along with the sparkle of a second hand, and when sunlight hits it, it's incredibly dazzling.

Although there are some white hazy inclusions, they are not noticeable to the naked eye.

Another interesting thing about it is that it fluoresces green when exposed to UV light that blocks visible light.
