This piece is made from silky greenish blue sapphires from Cameroon, a new source that GTJ has recently begun handling.The rough stone has been cut into a fancy trilliant with a finely outlined outline, and the pavilion side has been cut in a narika cut, which means watch in Thai.

Although there are shades of color, the overall silkiness is smooth, and the light, deep silky blue base color gives off sparkles of blue and rich green.

There are a few small disc-shaped inclusions that sparkle depending on the angle, but they are not noticeable to the naked eye.

When exposed to UV light, it fluoresces a faint pink in parts.
