This is a parti-color sapphire from Sri Lanka with cornflower blue and light yellow zones.

The blue has a deep center and a mixture of green and yellow, creating a deep base color that gives off a beautiful sparkle that ranges from slightly purple blue to light greenish blue.

The delicate flower cuts of the fancy pear shape that outline the stone create a cocktail of colors, and the parti color has a fun feel to it as its impression changes slightly depending on the angle from which it is viewed.

There are very faint, thin white streaks on the table and white streaks inclusions on the rounded side of the pavilion, but they are completely invisible to the naked eye and are an extremely clear, beautiful crystal.
