This Malaya garnet has a beautiful orange-pink sparkle. While most Malaya garnets are a mixture of two types of gemstones, this stone is a Malaya garnet that is a pyralspite mixture of pyrope, spessartine, and almandine.

The rough stone is fashioned into a neat, long cushion shape, and the sharp cuts give it a brilliant sparkle and colorful fire.

This beautiful stone has excellent transparency with no noticeable inclusions, and is 1.5ct in volume, with well-proportioned and highly finished.

The color is mainly pink with orange, purple, and red mixed in for a beautiful multi-color look that is characteristic of a mixture of three colors.

Malaya garnet has a color-changing effect, so it can become slightly pinker or orangeer depending on the light source and time of day.
