This Malaya garnet has a gorgeous sparkle that combines orange and pink.While most Malaya garnets are a mixture of two types of stone, this stone is a Malaya garnet that is a pyralspite mixture of pyrope, spessartine, and almandine.

It is finished as a fancy cushion with finely edged contours, and you can enjoy the colorful fire that is overflowing with the delicate sparkle of the flower cuts.

Proportionally it is a rather thin type, giving it a light and airy feel, but this is kept to a minimum by the fine cuts.

Malaya garnet has a color-changing effect, so it can become more orange or pink depending on the light source and time of day.
