This piece is made of Malaya garnet, a blend of two types of garnet: pyrope and spessartine, an elegant light orange-pink, and has been finished as a fancy round with a finely outlined outline.

Its outstanding proportions give it a delicate sparkle thanks to the flower cut, and the colorful fire that is characteristic of Malaya garnet, which has a strong sparkle, adds color, giving it the impression of a blooming flower.

Extremely fine needle inclusions are spread throughout the stone, and there are also a few small apatite and pyrite inclusions, which are completely invisible to the naked eye.

The color impression changes depending on the light source and time of day, and in indoor lighting at night it changes to silver and champagne gold, which is very elegant and beautiful.

When exposed to UV light, it fluoresces a strong red, making it a relatively rare type of Malaya garnet, also known as dragon garnet.
