This is Nori-chan.
Introducing Iolite.
Because it is a dark colored loose stone, dust is easily noticeable.

This iolite is a large stone weighing over 10 carats.
The color is deep and there is a strong sense of dichroism, as shown in the image.
There are inclusions and they are exposed, but the size and depth of color make it a sight to behold.


The cut is a fancy oval with 16 corners at the girdle.
Both the crown and the pavilion have the basic cut of GemTreeJapan.
It is made with great care.
Rather than shining brightly, it has a more deep sparkle.

The color will be a deep indigo (dark blue).
Depending on the viewing angle, it has a very strong dichroism that makes it appear yellow.
Also, if you look closely, you will notice that there are different shades of color within each one.


The inclusions are of the type commonly seen in iolite, such as splinters.
There is also an expression.
