This is the first cornflower blue sapphire from a new source in Cameroon, and features a ZB cut, which creates a floating gemstone shape around the table on the square crown side.

This stone has a deep blue base color that gives off a cornflower blue with a hint of purple and a subtle greenish blue sparkle, and the step cut on the pavilion and the triangular cut on the crown overlap to give off a sharp sparkle.

There is a small inclusion in one corner that is slightly visible, but it is completely unnoticeable to the naked eye and is a beautiful crystal with no other noticeable inclusions.
