This is a deep royal blue sapphire with a beautiful blue hidden within a deep base color, and is a rare Burmese sapphire that has been exceptionally cut to be over 1 carat.

At first glance it appears to be a dark type of royal blue, but the vivid purple-tinged royal blue hidden within sparkles from the deep background color and is extremely beautiful.

The neat step-cut pear-shaped table is surrounded by a table cube cut that creates a three-dimensional shape, allowing you to enjoy the vivid blue that emerges and the reflections of the facets in the interesting cut design together.

When you shine a light on it, silk inclusions appear from the table on the crown side to the tip, and you can enjoy its unexpected silkiness.

There is a white silk-like inclusion on the rounded side that hangs over the table, but it is so dark that it is not visible unless you shine a light on it. There are other small inclusions, but nothing worth mentioning.

You can see the color bands depending on the angle, allowing you to fully enjoy the sapphire character.
