This blue spinel is from northern Vietnam and has a deep hue that gives off a blue-purple tint and a greenish blue sparkle with a cobalt feel.

It features a narika cut, which means clock in Thai, and has a beautiful sharp sparkle and flickering fire like a second hand.

There is a white layer-like inclusion, but it is completely invisible to the naked eye.
