United States: 7-10 business days

These charges are:

We do not control or predict these fees.

Order Cancellation


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or official LINE account.


Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the order status.



Returns & Exchanges


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


We will provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.


Note: Natural gemstones may have inclusions or characteristics described on the product page. These are not considered defects.



Returns for Customer Reasons

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons:

Return shipping costs and related fees are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund-related transaction fees may be deducted



Non-Returnable Items


We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Items that have been used

Items damaged by the customer

Returns based on personal preference (e.g. change of mind, difference in image)
