📝 Normal price negotiation process
1. Press the "Negotiate" button on the page of the product in question
2. Enter your desired price and email address and submit
3. After checking the details, GTJ will notify you of the results by email.

✅ If negotiations are successful:
You can then proceed to the purchase process (valid for 24 hours).
Also, once the negotiation is complete, the item will be immediately displayed as "In Negotiation" and will be placed in a HOLD state, preventing other customers from purchasing, so please rest assured.

🔁 If negotiations fail:
GTJ will send you a counter offer with a different price.
• If you are happy with the price, then purchase.
• If you want to continue the negotiation, please resubmit your new desired price.
• We will review the matter and inform you of the results by email.

🆕 Changes to negotiation rules
Works that are currently under negotiation will be marked as "[Under Negotiation]" and will not be available for purchase by others.
This allows you to safely consider stones that are currently under negotiation.
*In rare cases, if another customer purchases the item immediately after receiving the negotiation email but before the status changes to "[Under negotiation]", we may give priority to that purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

We also accept negotiations for the combined purchase of two or more stones during the launch period only.
We appreciate your purchasing multiple stones.

▼ How to participate is easy:
1. As usual, press the "Negotiate" button on the page of the work you want to negotiate on.
2. In the message field of the form, please state "I would like to purchase multiple items" and enter the names of at least one item you would like to purchase.
3. Fill in the price form and submit your desired combined price.
4. GTJ will confirm the details and notify you of the negotiation results by email.

• If negotiations are unsuccessful, renegotiations for the same work will be accepted from 24 hours later.
• It may take some time to confirm your input and reply.
• Once negotiations are concluded, the purchase period will be within 24 hours.
• Negotiation emails will be sent from no-reply@magicalapps.com (please check your spam folder).
• The email address you enter will only be used for negotiation purposes.
・We will usually reply within one day of receiving your offer, but there is a possibility that the negotiation details may not have been sent, so if you do not receive a reply after a full day, we would appreciate it if you could contact us via our official LINE or inquiry form.
