This andradite (demantoid) garnet is from a rare region of Tanzania, and is a single stone with a deep yet relatively light green color.It is a beautiful crystal with no noticeable inclusions, despite being a type of stone that has many inclusions.

Demantoid means diamond-like in Dutch, and it has just the right amount of brightness, making it easy to see its colorful fire.

The original Before gemstone was a pear shape, but because there was an inclusion at the tip, it was finished in a cute egg-shaped shape, which we haven't often introduced in GTJ.
